We are looking for a highly passionate and results-oriented Trainee QA Engineer to be a part of our team on a full-time basis. Our customer is one of the worldwide known Big Four audit companies providing audit, tax, consulting, and financial advisory services.

Areas of Responsibility

• Manual testing of applications
• Creating testing documentation: test cases, test plan, testing reports, release note
• Analyzing and clarification of requirements

Qualifications

• Intermediate level in English is a must
• Understanding test design techniques
• Understanding quality assurance and software testing theory
• Experience in test documentation design (check list, test cases, bug reports, etc.)
• Understanding software development life cycle and process for quality assurance
• Knowledge of bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira,Redmine, HP QC, Mantis)
• Knowledge of QA methodologies (e.g. types of testing, definition of QA, QC)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to details
• Knowledge of SQL
• Software testing experience will be an advantage
• Software development experience will be an advantage
• Knowledge of agile methodologies (SCRUM etc.) will be an advantage.
