We are looking for a Oracle BI, SQL Developer to join our team on full-time basis. The project involves development of custom applications to handle the full range of work that arrives in a contact center. Responsibilities: - Oracle BI Integration - Create OBIEE metadata/reports and dashboards Formal Education & Certification - Bachelor degree or equivalent in related field or equivalent experience. - Oracle certifications are a plus. Knowledge & Experience  - 3+ years IT experience. - Well versed in advanced query development and design using SQL. - Experience with one or more of the following: Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), Oracle BI Application, Oracle Daily Business Intelligence, Informatica Power Center, Oracle Data integrator (ODI), Oracle Warehouse Builder or a similar set of tools. - Experience with Oracle BI Applications, a plus. - Experience with MDX, XQuery, XML/A, a plus. - Experience with XML development and design including XML Schema, and XSLT are a plus - Experience with web services integration architectures including SOAP and REST, a plus - Knowledge of scripting languages including Korn/Bourne Shell, Perl, Python, Ruby, a plus - Experience with Java development is a plus
