Необхідні навички: знання та розуміння принципів дизайну інтерфейсів з урахуванням UX, e-commerce UX; знання та розуміння принципів компонентного дизайну та responsive web design, а також практичний досвід розробки responsive web design; досвід розробки складних інтерфейсів та дизайну e-commerce; знання HTML5 та CSS3 (базовий рівень); плюсом буде досвід роботи з Google Analytics, Яндекс Метрика; плюсом буде досвід проведення А/Б тестування інтерфейсів; наявність портфоліо — обов’язкова. Особисті якості: стресостійкість, готовність виконувати роботу в стислі терміни; навички тайм-менеджменту, уміння організовувати свою роботу та прогнозувати часозатрати; уміння працювати з великими обсягами інформації; високий рівень відповідальності; вміння працювати в команді; пунктуальність.
